About your doors

A new floor sits a little higher, so we undercut door frames for a clean finish. We only trim a door when it's actually needed.

Fire-rated main doors are never trimmed. We fit a neat threshold strip there instead.

One seamless surface, floor to wall.

Microcement gives you smooth, joint-free floors and walls. It's a lovely choice for toilets: the same colour runs across the floor and up the walls, in light, calm spa tones.

Price From S$3,480 HDB common toilet, floor + walls Other rooms and areas from S$15/sq ft (minimum job S$2,800). Fixed price, no hacking. Covers up to about 230 sq ft of floor and wall surface. The toilet is out of use for about 5 working days. Toilet package includes: joint filling, primer, base and colour coats, 3 coats of protective sealer, colour sample, free ceiling painting, transport and clean-up.

Can it go over my tiles?

Yes. That's the whole idea: our SPC planks are laid right over your existing tiles, so there's no hacking. If the old floor has damage hidden underneath, we'll tell you and agree any extra work with you before we start.

Is it waterproof?

Yes. The SPC planks are waterproof, and samples from every batch go through our own water test.

How long does it take?

Most jobs are done in one day. Depending on the size of the space and the crew, it can take 1–2 days; with a 3–4 person crew it's usually one day. We'll confirm the timing once we've seen your place, and we can discuss it on site.

Do I need to move out?

Because there's no hacking and most jobs are done in a day, it's much less disruptive than re-tiling. We'll talk through your home and plan the day with you during the quote or site visit.

Do you move my furniture?

Yes, and it's free. We move your furniture and put it back when we're done. Just tell us about any big pieces when you enquire, so we bring enough people. For very heavy or delicate items like fish tanks, pianos and safes, we'll help you arrange a specialist mover at their price, with nothing added by us. TVs, computers and appliances are best disconnected by you first.

What about the doors?

We undercut door frames as part of the job, and only trim a door when it's needed. Fire-rated main doors are never trimmed. We use a threshold strip there instead.

What's the warranty?

You get an 18-month workmanship warranty on every SPC installation.
